1) Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

2) Merchandise must be proven in a defective and unused condition. The Company shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged throughout the shipping process by Courier Company.

3) We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

4) Only products purchased on this site may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. If you are entitled to a refund or store credit, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of us receiving the returned goods in their original condition. You will receive notification of your refund from us via email or WhatsApp +60163325545. Products purchased at this site are not accepted for return at our Partnered Retail Stores.


5) Shipping usually takes up to 3-5 Days (Peninsular Malaysia) and 7-8 Days (Sabah & Sarawak)
